Building Block Organizer sounds like I am going to teach you how to get all your trucks and cements in a row doesn’t it? No? Well I am weird and so that is what it sounds like to me! But fear not! That is not what I am going to talk about at all. It will be something completely different and very helpful to you.
Follow the steps below to learn how:
On your Ribbon, in the Quick Parts gallery, you will find the Building Blocks Organizer.
If you click on the Building Blocks Organizer it will launch a large window, within which you will find reusable content across a variety of Word galleries. If you see content inside a gallery that you would like to edit, delete or insert properties to you document, this is where you would go to make that happen.
Should you have a specific cover page that you would like to use, you can go to the Insert tab and click on Cover Page to open the gallery and view those there. You can also view and insert them from this Building Block Organizer window. The only difference is you have access to all your Quick Parts and not just the ones from a specific category.
