Rainy Day Thoughts…

Ah yes, the value of a rainy Saturday! I can’t do much outdoors what with the rain coming down. I cannot say I am unduly upset about this as the rain tends to drain away my energy.  But the good news is my flowers were all planted last week, so I don’t have to worry about getting that done outdoors!  Instead I am otherwise inspired to do indoor things, such as finish putting together a small doll that I have just knitted and finish the clothes I knitted for her.  And a little quiet reading would be nice as well!  In any event, it’s all about adapting to changes isn’t it?

The trees are all green now and flowers are blooming all over the place – one of my very favorite times of the year! Wherever you are, I hope that you are enjoying this time of year as well.

I think there are some really good articles in the newsletter and I hope you learn something new from them.

Until next time, remember to be kind to each other – it’s good for the soul…

Subscribers: How to Use the Copy and Move Features Using Only Your Keyboard in Word

Many people use the Clipboard to copy text. This deletes what was previously in the Clipboard, replacing it with the selection you are copying. There may be times, however, when you don't want to disturb the contents of the Clipboard. Word allows you to bypass the Clipboard and copy text using the keyboard in this […]

More than once I have been asked how to turn off the grid lines in a table.  Just the other day a client asked me if it were possible to turn off the grid lines by default. The setting of the gridlines option carries over  from one instance of Word to another. In other words, […]
