On my gosh! At one point it seemed like forever and a day, but finally, lovely sunny and warm weather is here! This is my absolute favorite time of year. I have been retired a little over two years and it is just now that I am seeing beautiful shrubs and plants that I have never seen before on our property. I am guessing that is, in large part, because my husband cut them all down when he cut the grass and I was at work and none the wiser. I had never heard of a plant called Lamb’s Ear but I have several of them! And what’s more I love them!
That is the good news. Unfortunately there is always a counterpart – the bad news is that Covid seems to be ramping up again. I believe we will never be rid of this scourge and that sooner or later everyone will catch it. Hopefully more and more people will get vaccinated and will not perish from it. In any even, I continue to wear a mask when I am in stores or other close quarters. I think I may wear one for the rest of my life. I kind of likeed not having been sick with so much as a cold for the last two and a half years!
Please continue to look out for one another and I cannot stress enough – be KIND to one another. We so need kindness in our world, especially now.
Until next time, take care of you and anyone else who needs you.
Stay positive and test negative!
