Some days it feels like Fall and others I hear that the schools are closed because the temperatures are too high and there is no air conditioning! Crazy times we live in! We have had some pretty chilly nights and early mornings lately though and so I guess it will not be long before I am wearing a coat to work in the mornings. Thus far a light jacket has sufficed.
Besides this newsletter, I have been busy embroidering Halloween decorations, Christmas candy cane holders, knitting Harry Potter scarves, and yes, even sewing a costume of Saint Oliver Plunkett for my grandson Ollie, who has to go to school dressed as a saint on November 1st! Not sure how it will turn out but I will give it my all!
Hopefully after Halloween, things will slow down a bit. I doubt it, but hope springs eternal.
I hope you enjoy the newsletter and that you learn something new. Until next time, please be kind to everyone you encounter. We just never know what someone else is going through. When I say be kind, I mean to everyone – not just the person who looks like you or who believes in the same thing you – but everyone. I didn’t say it would be easy, but it’s the right thing to do. Kindness is important.
Take care of you…
