It is hot as Hades in my area now, but the cicadas are gone and for that I am grateful. We will not see them again for another 17 years and that is none too soon for me!
I am slowly assimilating myself back into society. Am looking forward to lunches with my good friends, etc. I’m starting to feel more like Carol now and that is a good thing, depending on whom you ask!
