It is most definitely Fall now! The temperature is very, very low and I can see my breath when I take my fast paced walk in the morning! Even though I am not a fan of cold weather, I still bundle up and take my walk every morning. The cold air makes me walk even faster and I get finished even more quickly. Then I have time to do other more enjoyable things knowing that I have already done something good for myself.
Before you know it Thanksgiving will be upon us and I will be baking pies and making cookies. For now, I am knitting furiously trying to get elves made for little children, along with snowmen, reindeer, penguins, etc.! I love every minute of it too.
No matter where you are or what holiday traditions you share, I wish you all the very best and I pray your are surrounded by family and friends who love you and care about you. Don’t forget to let them know how you feel either!
Also, as always, please remember those less fortunate than yourselves. Please make a donation to a homeless shelter or a food bank to feed, clothe and make those less fortunate feel better and know that someone cares.
Until next time, take care of you…
