A lot of you already know that to print from a specific page to the end of the document in MS Word, you enter the beginning page number and a value that is higher than the total number of pages in the document. For example, if you wanted to print from page 8 to the end of the document and you know that the document has less than fifty pages, you might enter 8-50 in the Page Range field.
- But, guess what – it really isn’t necessary to enter the second page number value. The hyphen character tells MS Word to print to the end of the document.
- Alternatively, this technique will also work when printing from the first to a specific page. Simply enter -10 into the Page Range field and MS Word will print from the first page to page ten.
