I would like to thank all of you for your many kind and caring comments on the recent passing of one of my family members. I am humbled to know that so many people, many of whom I have never met, took the time to convey their sympathy and condolences to me. You have renewed my faith in mankind! I have always thought that the good and caring people of the world outnumber the uncaring an unfeeling ones. You have reinforced that for me. Thank you again from the bottom of my humble heart. It is both a blessing and a curse to have a sensitive soul.
Caring for a loved one while they are slowly making their way out of this earthly world can be a profound experience and I do not regret anything that I did and would do it all again. It has taken me just about a month to get back to myself and I am happy to report that you and your kind comments aided me in that regard.
Spring is upon us and I have beautiful flowers in my makeshift gardens and the peepers are singing in the evening – there are signs of rebirth all around me and I am taking it all in and savoring it.
Again, thank you, and until next time, take care…
