I am surmising that you have already chosen a photo for your Lock Screen for your iPad in this article. Very presumptive, I know, but if you have, you can reposition that photo, you can change your photo style, and a whole bunch more!
Follow the steps below to learn how:
To reposition your photo: Pinch open to zoom in on it and drag your image with two fingers to move it, Then pinch closed the zoom out.
To change your photo style: Swipe left or right to try different photo styles using color filters and fonts that you find you like.
To create a multilayered effect: If you already have a photo that supports layering – such as an image with people, animals, etc., tap the circle with three dots (…) at the bottom right and then select Depth Effect.
FYI: Multilayered effect is available on supported models. Layering may not be available if the subject is too high or too low, or it obscures too much of the clock.
To Create a motion effect within a live Photo: Should you select a Live Photo that can be translated into slow motion, tap
at the bottom left to play the Live Photo when your device wakes up.
To set the shuffle frequency: Should you choose Photo Shuffle, you can preview your photos by tapping
and you can set the shuffle frequency by tapping the circle with three dots and then select an option below Shuffle Frequency.
Conversely you can add a photo directly from your photo library to your Home Screen and Lock Screen: In the Photos app
tap library, select your photo, then tap .
Scroll down and select Use as Wallpaper, tap Add. Then choose whether to show it on both your Home Scree and Lock Screen.
Not nearly as complicated as you may have thought right?
