Many readers have inquired why there is no To Do bar in Outlook 2013. Never fear! It is there, you just have to look around for it. It is turned off by default to allow more horizontal viewing space and because the individual To Do Bar modules are also available by hovering over the word Calendar, People or Tasks at the bottom of your Outlook window. The good news however, is that you can turn it back on if you care to.
Follow the step below to learn how:
- Click on View | to Do Bar button on your Ribbon.
That is basically it! Please note that it now hold the option to show your Contacts.
If you would like to mark one of your Contacts as a favorite, simply search for it and right-click on it to see the Add to Favorites option.
You can also right-click a contact from your Contacts folder.
