Both PowerPoint and word make it extremely easy to insert screen clips.
- All you have to do is select Screenshot from the Insert tab on your Ribbon!
- It will then launch a gallery of of windows you currently have open.
- You can click one to insert an image of the window into your document or you can click Screen Clipping and drag your mouse to select the screen region of which you want to clip and paste it into your document.
- When you click Enter, the screen clip gets inserted automatically.
But wait, how do you get a screenshot of the application you are running? It is usually nearly impossible to do this in PowerPoint and Word!
Well, here’s a little secret:
If you would like to make a screen shot of a Power-Point to use in a slide, simply use Word to take your screenshot and then drag the image from Word into PowerPoint!
