As you all know, we have had some problems with our website host and hopefully they have all been ironed out by now. I thank all of you for your patience, good spirits, support, and well wishes! I am situated in a very rural area and it is worth your life to get high speed Internet service. I just took a whirl around the dance floor with a satellite service and found it to be slower than dial up and extremely unreliable. In the next few weeks I will be exploring other opportunities. It seems as if I am doomed to a slow connection because I live in a rural area. I have been told by Comcast that my cost would be between $15,000.00 and $20,000.00 to have access to their cable network and none of the major DSL carriers cater to rural areas either. All things considered, I simply cannot leave my peaceful rural setting and so the search for high speed Internet continues. Where else can you return home in the evening to find nine baby deer grazing on your lawn? No, I couldn't leave that....not even for high speed Internet!
We have had a Spring tease here of late. The weather was in the high forties/low fifties. Ah Springtime! Of course, we all knew it could not last and sure enough the weather prognosticator is telling us that we may have another huge snowstorm in the next couple of days. I love their point spread - it could be a foot of snow or none at all! The snow is falling as I put this newsletter together. Personally I was hoping for none. I am mentally finished with Winter and am ready to move on to Springtime.
I have been trying to live my life in a healthy manner and am really working at it. I get to the gym at least three days every week and I work out at home on the days when I cannot get there. I have real incentive to keep me working out. You see I purchased a gown to wear to my son's wedding in October of this year and so I have to stay trim in order to be able to wear it!! So late in the day when I start thinking of excuses why I cannot/should not go to the gym I think of the gown and off I go! You don't need an excuse to work out and stay healthy, but it helps. I hope you all are doing your best to stay healthy this year too!

Easily Move Paragraphs in MS Word
Consider it a pain when you have to move paragraphs around in your MS Word documents? Well it doesn't have to be. There is a little known trick that can make this task extremely easy for you.
Follow the steps below to learn how:
- Click anywhere in your paragraph.
- Depress the SHIFT and ALT keys simultaneously and use the up and down arrows on your keyboard to move it.
Your paragraph will magically jump to the precise location where you want it!
How to Really Delete a File
Just about everyone knows that when you delete a file in MS Windows, it goes into the Recycle Bin and stays there until you empty it, just like the wastebasket in your home.
However, there may be times when you would like to really delete the file and skip the step of leaving it in the Recycle Bin so that anyone else who has access to your computer cannot look for, find and view it.
Before you follow the steps below, please know that once you delete a file in this manner, it is GONE and cannot be retrieved. So, be certain before you delete a file in this manner that there is no way you would ever want it back. If you make a mistake and delete the wrong file with this method there is no reviving it.
Having said that, follow the step below to fullly and finally delete a file:
- Make sure that you depress the SHIFT key when you delete a file and it will be permanently deleted.
That is all there is to it and it is gone forever!
Uncover the Hibernate Option in Windows XP
Many folks have complained to me that they do not have the hibernate option on the Shut Down dialog box in Windows XP. They think that the option is not available in Windows XP, but it is. You just need to know where to find it!
All you have to do is simply hold the the SHIFT key while the Shut Down dialog box is visible and the Stand By option changes to Hibernate.
Another mystery solved!
