The air is definitely cooler here in my neck of the woods. I have been donning a jacket when I leave the house i n the morning of late. I am glad that we have the changing of the seasons. It marks different parts of my life and helps me to remember that our stay here is all too short. Seems like the older I get, the more I realize that you have to make every day count. You won't hear me proseltyizing on here but I do try to find some small way to be a blessing to someone every day. I hope it makes them feel good and I know it makes ME feel good
It was difficult getting back into the swing of things after vacation, but we managed. I am a creature of habit and I do love my structured life! I need that otherwise I fear I would turn into a plump couch potato! So it is now time to move on and embrace the cooler weather and all the fun things that come along with it. Please remember to take the time to savor some small bit of your day and find something to be grateful for during the Fall season.

Create a Personal Folder in MS Outlook 2007
This is a really simple task and it will help to keep you organized in MS Outlook. A personal folder resides on your local drive and not the server, meaning in your office where you have a server, the personal folder will reside on your computer that sits in front of you on its hard drive.
Follow the steps below to create a personal folder:
- Click on File | New | Outlook Data File.
- Select Personal Folders File.
- Click OK.
Your personal folder will now appear in your Outlook Folder list.
Compare Documents the Better Way in MS Word 2007
In past versions of MS Word there was no way to compare documents except to have two windows open and switch back and forth which can be very tedious and lead to many errors.
Thankfully, in MS Word's latest version it is very easy to compare two different documents.
Follow the steps below to learn how:
- Click on Review | Compare.
- Click Compare again.
- Enter two document names.
- Click OK.
Now you will see just how easily you can compare your documents!
Save Time with Universal Fonts in MS PowerPoint 2007
Not all older versions of MS Office will always have the PowerPoint 2007 default fonts such as Calibri, Corbel and others, so why not save yourself some hassle by not using them for presentations that will be widely distributed?
- When you have a PowerPoint presentation that will be making the rounds to many different people and computers, you may want to use fonts like Verdana, Times New Roman or Arial so that those fonts will be available to all viewers of your presentation.
Lots of folks will be thankful of your courtesy!
