Several months ago I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in my state and today I received a very nice, large check as a settlement regarding the complaint I filed. I am glad that Dell was finally forced to see the error of their ways and had to reimburse their customers. Unfortunately, I will never purchase another Dell computer again because of their shoddy business practices and poor customer service. Finally, I receive some satisfaction.
